Hiring FAQs

You’ll receive a confirmation email after applying. We’ll be in touch within about a week and if progressed, you’ll be invited to an initial interview. Response times may vary during busier times, but we’ll keep you updated.

Our hiring process is designed to be straightforward, welcoming and a two-way conversation, so you can get to know us just as much as we get to know you.:

1. Interview with Talent Acquisition team: A conversation to learn about you, introduce hipages, the culture and the role to you.

2. Hiring manager interview: Dive deeper into your experience, the role and how you’d work together and answer your questions.

3. Skills assessment: A practical task relevant to the role (we’ll guide you through it).

4. Final Interview: A final interview to make sure we’re aligned and answer any last questions.

We’re all about providing our team with flexibility in ways of working whilst maintaining team connection. For most teams, we have a 50/50 hybrid working model where our team works 5 days a fortnight from home and 5 from the office. For Sales roles, our onboarding and training period (your first 8-12) weeks will be in the office, and following this you may be eligible to work 1-2 days a week from home. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know more about the specific requirements of each role in our job ads and during the interview process.

Do you have any tips for the interview process?

Be Prepared: Whether your interview is on Zoom or in person, give yourself time to get set up and feel settled. If you’re coming into our office, arriving a little early can help you feel relaxed and ready.

Come With Questions: Interviews are a two-way conversation. Take time to learn about us too, explore our LinkedIn and Instagram, review the job description and Success Profile we share and bring along any questions you have.

Practice Makes Perfect: Think through examples from your experience and practise answering common questions. A little preparation goes a long way in helping you feel confident and authentic on the day.

Yes! During our hiring process you will have a number of opportunities to explain to our hiring team what your disability means and what you require from us to set you up for success.

If you can’t see a job for you currently posted, you can submit an ‘Expression of Interest’ above. If a job comes up we think you’d be a great fit for, we’ll be in touch!

Our dress code is simple - ‘Be Yourself!’ We encourage you to come to your interview dressed however you feel most comfortable.

Apart from completing reference checks, for some of our roles, you will be required to complete a police check. We will let you know more about this during the hiring process.
